  Excellent Communication. The shop was out of the model I wanted but they immediately contacted me back and gave me a 50% discount on another model. They then gave me back the other 50% money refund, which was also processed quickly. The new product arrived in excellent condition. Shipping time was very fast (about 5 days after I made the final decision). Shipping cost was paid by the shop I believe.   wrong item sent, shoes were a different colour and not what i ordered. but seller refunded immediately and said not to send them back since return shipping was too expensive. disappointed not to get what i bought but seller was good to deal with. happy to buy from them again. hope next time ill get the right item.

  I was really worried about ordering these vans since they were coming from another country. They arrived 6 days after I ordered them. I give the seller 10 stars. Will definitely be buying our Vans from this seller. No one had the green checkered. Excellent service and communication.
