  Genuine Mopar mirror kit came fast and undamaged. Only issue is with Mopar. The kit was missing a hardware packet, a known issue with these kits. Mopar wouldn't sell me the hardware, even after talking with manager. Very poor customer service on Mopar's side. Seller was willing to refund purchase, but I kept the kit. I was able to find similar bolts, spacers and bushing at local hardware store. Very happy with purchase and seller. Very disappointed with Mopar.

  I miss understood the “condition” when purchasing which lead to an unfair review. The selling informed me that they part-out new RC’s so the condition of the purchased item is in fact “new”. My mistake. The item works perfectly and the seller was prompt and easy to deal with. Would absolutely utilize their services again.
