    did a best offer bid, no response until the time frame was up...wasted a few days (if your not going to except a bid then respond back timely that you decline the bid offer! or don't use this option). Ended up purchasing the item, funds withdrew from my account and in a few days I received a refund notice...again a few days wasted!
