    Discounted item-Seller sent wrong item. We arranged for return. Returned and asked for the correct item. I was refunded and then told I had to buy it again. Tried to get the discounted price with offer. Offer expired twice. Had to reach out and say something. Finally they accepted the price I was given the first time.
