I have to travel (usually out of the county) in order to find a decent arts & crafts store so purchasing this one item on ebay made more sense to me. I placed my order on the 10th and it arrived on the 13th which I think is a very reasonable turn around time. In my book, this transaction was a "win-win" for both parties.
