  These guys act and communicate beautifully every step of the way. Had a light snafu where I bought something that had already sold in their brick and mortar store, and they went out of their way to find me another one and ship it to me. Arrived intact and beautiful. Honesty and transparency is rare on eBay these days especially when it comes to mistakes, and I appreciate these guys a lot. Definitely recommend.
