  The best best best seller ever. The shipping was fast as promised (I just happen to out in the wrong address so got it a lil late). The seller was very prompt in responding to messages. It mentioned some scratches on the description but omg there was no scratches on the laptop I got. Packaging was 1000000% perfect and effective. I think I got something with more value than the money spent. Recommend recommend recommend this seller.

  I have purchased 4 or 5 items from IWM and its always been a positive experience. The packaging is good, the shipping is great (usually within 2 days). The items were in great condition, most like new (better than described). The pricing is not the cheapest but fair considering the quality of the items, representing a great value. I highly recommend this vendor.

  This is the second refurbished computer I buy from this company. Each time, the product was as described. The cost of the computer was reasonable with the warranty already provided through ebay. The surprise I had when I registered the device with Lenovo and seeing the warranty info there gave me piece of mind. The computers came faster than expected. The packaging was adequate for a refurbished computer. I plan on buying another one from them soon because the value, and warranty.

  So incredibly stoked by this purchase. I've been looking for a laptop for the past few months and has some not so great experiences, but this was stellar! The seller answered every single question kindly and in great detail! The laptop was shipped securely and the packaging was top notch! The laptop was even better than described, it honestly felt brand new! Also came with an OEM charger in like-new conditon! Wonderful value for the price, 10/10 seller and customer service.   Received the computer as described, but with very poor packaging (floating around in a box with some packing peanuts and a thin layer of bubble wrap) and completely missing the charging cord and power brick, a $250 purchase new! Additionally, seller has failed to respond to my messages asking about it.
