The packaging box was the right size for the order and so no damage on the order box itself which is important to me. The shipping was fast. Actually arrived a day early. The customer service was excellent too. I thought the manual was missing so contacted the seller. They responded within minutes and offered a solution. But I found it. Very impressive and satisfied overall.

A thick cardboard box was used for packaging, enough to ship the product unscathed without additional padding.
