He actually got item to USPS and got it shipped that day. The screen protector was new in original box it was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. The screen protector case fits my S10 phone perfectly and the clear clean screen makes my phone look like new and functions perfectly. iTough is an AAAAAA** Seller.

The case has at least 10 holes in it making it impossible to be waterproof! I contacted this seller and explained the problem. He told me he would send me a waterproof case for the phone case, that was 4 weeks ago and have gotten nothing! Not only was the description of the phone case a complete lie but then no replacement case has been sent! Stay away from this seller unreliable and falsely advertise the products they sell.
