    We're an Irish company, operating out of County Cork. We're in the business of buying Amazon returns wholesale and reselling them. Most of the items you'll see in our shop have had their packaging opened, but all are 100% functional, unless otherwise noted. Clothing and shoes will often come in original packaging and with all tags attached, unless noted.

    We care about the environment and do everything we can to increase sustainability. We reuse nearly all the packaging we receive, either shipping it to customers, or shredding it and using it for padding - we also compost some of it! We've diverted tons from landfill and we've donated tens of thousands of Euros to our preferred charity, Oxfam Ireland.

    Customer satisfaction is our number one priority - if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away - we'll make things right. That's our promise to you!

    My order of a set of two beautiful mugs came quickly from Ireland (with tracking) and was well packed (double-walled cardboard box with paper packing). Unfortunately, one of the mugs had a large chip in the base that had not been disclosed. Communications with the Seller was great and the problem was resolved satisfactorily through a partial refund. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and for providing free express shipping to the USA. Highly recommended!

    Excellent Ebayer!! Immediate and helpful response to a message asking a question. Postage was so fast, ordered Thursday and it arrived Friday within Ireland. Packaging was perfect for the item.     The item is as described, new, and good value for money. The postage is suitable, and it came well packed in a protective box. Overall, it is working, and I am happy I bought it. The seller was quite helpful when I needed help and supported me until the item was delivered.

    Sehr netter Verkäufer, es ist wirklich alles schief gelaufen. Paket müsste neu verpackt werden von DPD da die Verpackung kaputt war. Also das Paket dann schließlich ankam, war nicht nur die Verpackung kaputt, sondern leider auch die Ware. Verkäufer hat sofort auf meine Nachricht reagiert . Anstandslose Rückabwicklung. Jederzeit wieder....fünf Sterne von mir

    Item arrived speedily and well packaged. Exactly as described: although description said there were some surface marks, I was unable to find any. Very happy with item and seller. Good value for what seems to be a perfect item.

    Malgré le fait que je n'ai as reçu l'article, le vendeur a été très attentif et a effectué un suivi de la livraison. Finalement le colis étant perdu, et ce n'est pas de la faute du vendeur, il m'a fait un remboursement. Rien a dire concernant le vendeur, seulement désolé que la livraison ait échoué.
