  Got in a bit of a mix up as to how many items I should receive, the advert suggested 2 of the adaptors, I only received one, queried this with the seller, he explained the 2 pictures were used to show an alround view of the adaptor, he agreed that it was confusing, said he would reconfigure the advert and did indeed send me a secound adaptor by return free of charge, very good of him, they both work perfectly, good product and good seller

  The proof of a good company is how they deal with a problem. Received my item on Friday and unfortunately it didn’t work sent a messaged Friday evening got an answer Saturday morning and a replacement first thing Monday morning. Could have been a better experience. Five stars keep up the good work.

  Good service despite Royal Mail failing to deliver item first time, obviously Royal Mail are to blame. Was sent first class and arrived in 2 days. Seller professional attitude no quibble resolving issues.
