  The seller resolved the issue quickly. The book arrived in poor condition, and after exchanging emails and photos, they were very responsive. I offered to pay half if they agreed, but they generously refunded the full amount. I m grateful and would gladly deal with this seller again.

  What a great Seller , my purchase was shipped extremely fast and arrived as described and pictured in the listing. The items were shipped in a nice strong box ( thank you for that) as I let the seller know I was having issues with some of my mail didn’t exactly show up in good shape.   Arrived quickly, and well packaged, but somewhere along the road the box got pretty banged up. I wanted all 3 folders and only one was damaged in transit. The seller just asked I send it back and I did so and this seller went out of his way to get me a replacement Littleton Folder 2012- to replace the damaged one. I actually believe he sent the replacement folder as soon as he got the tracking number from me. It arrived quickly. I'd buy here again. Thank you for going that extra mile for me!
