Having to pay and extra £12 on top of the tax for an express customs clearance, when approached these about it they kept on arguing that it was customs tax, sent proof of the extra charge from screen shots, went quiet. They can not grasp the principle that I was not aware of the extra £12 and the delivery company have stated it should have been paid from the them as they arranged the postage, apart from that as expected with all Randolph glasses quality.
