  Although I have not had the chance to test the devices, they are new in box as described and even thought the USPS was very bad at updating tracking the seller assured me they would arrive by needed date and they did indeed arrive as promised. Seller was quick to answer messages. Can't blame sellers for USPS actions so I give this seller a 10 out of 10.

  Everything was just as described. My amplifier arrived packed VERY well, no loose items rolling around. The box was a good fit, and well taped shut. This is the best seller Ive dealt with. They are HONEST, and easy to communicate with. I'm 100 % pleased in shopping their store, and plan to add them to my favorites.

  The Wacom Cintiq 22HD arrived quickly and was well packaged. The description stated that there was no power cable included, but to my surprise there was an AC adapter with cables in the box. Great buy and great seller!

  To no fault of the seller, I originally thought I wasn t getting my item. But, the seller reachead out to me, offering a no charge replacement of the item I had ordered. Though I was honest, as I had already recieved an extemely late update from FedEx. (Not to the seller s fault at all). That the original item I had ordered was set to arrive. Five star seller on communication, solving problems with shipping and handling, and just all around easy to deal with. 5/5 Stars would shop again!

  The item came as pictured and the backing for this device was great it came in an antisatic bag and plenty of bubble wrap to make sure it was not damaged in shipping. Plus the they more than willing to transfer control of this Fortiswitch within the Fortinet network. Defiantly will look at them again when looking for network devices.

  I was honestly skeptical when I purchased the item since it was so cheap. But I was surprised when I received it, and it was just as described. I've been using it for a month now and no issues. Would definitely buy from them again. Hands down. No question.
