  Great product! Clean and in great condition as described. Quick and well-packed shipping from Japan to Portugal.   I have been using ebay since it first launched, and have bought and sold countless items over the years. I have NEVER, EVER, experienced such AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE as I did with this purchase. There was a small issue with two lenses I received. After I sent a message and proof of the issue, they went out and BOUGHT replacement lenses for me - in Japan! And then FedEx'd them to me! We couldn't be happier with the purchase now, and will be doing business with them again soon! A++++++ 10/10!

  Terrible. I bought a camera from these guys and it came with a broken battery and it was all in Japanese. Which was not stated in the description. I contacted seller and tried a return. I returned the item and didn't get refund. After over a month after they received it, they reply saying it was badly broken when they received it because if my packaging. They sent only $100 refund. Almost $300 less than what I paid. Now they are selling the same camera for $100 without a battery.

  You have submitted a return request stating that the product is defective and giving a false reason for return. The product I received back was completely broken and I lost my precious camera and a lot of time and money. I'm very disappointed.

  The Item arrived in perfect conditions as described, the case was a little older than the one in the photos but other than that it was perfect, the shipping was surprisingly fast and the packaging very good.

  This was an incredible purchase!! This lens is in awesome condition! Seller’s communication was excellent and time to ship was as described. The lens left Tokyo Japan yesterday and was at my door in Cartersville GA in the US this afternoon! The lens was packaged very well! I will keep an eye out for other items from this seller!!!
