    Excellent service from Jo at iShop247. The package arrived damaged and parts missing, no fault of the seller, and parts were missing. Messaged them and the replacement parts were delivered the very next day. Problems happen, particularly with couriers, it’s how they’re resolved that’s important.     Ordered on the 11 June, delivery was forecast for 13 or 14 June. I got a message from the carrier Evri on the 14th saying it was delayed. It was delivered late on Monday 16th. I have found repeatedly that whenever Evri has been the carrier this delay has occurred. I recommend you discontinue Evri and use a better carrier. The item was exactly as ordered. Thank you. Mike.

    Seller posted immediately. No item arrived. Seller resent and then two items arrived today. order was 5th May. After checking both postage labels, Yodel was at fault here , seller has been great and said to keep both items . Excellent seller with great communication. Thank you very much.

    package looked like it had been through a war. but the item itself seemed intact and fine. as advertised. a side note - the eBay GSP shipping system continues to make shipping overly expensive and slow. this took 12 days from order date - which is ridiculous (though even that was quicker than their promised about 16 days) all in all I'd say this was a Positive experience - but just barely.

    Delivery was fast and efficient arrived a day early. Packaging was great and in good condition. Quality of product is good, value seems ok and cheaper than most other suppliers. I only give four stars, because I was sent a red kicker and not a blue one as per picture. But I'm sure it won't be a problem. Will buy from the seller again.
