    This transaction was taking a bit longer than usual because the shipper lost my purchased item in transit. This Ebay vendor noticed this and contacted me to offer a refund which I accepted. Funds were deposited into my account within 24 hours of my request. I left a positive 5 star feedback for ISE Forest. This vendor has my respect. RL.

    Item didn’t have an exact shipping date stated, but was shipped the day after I purchased and arrived 11 days later to Oklahoma from Ireland. Felt fast as was an international order. Item exactly as described and in good condition. Would recommend this seller!

    This item didn’t arrive in the given time, suspecting it was held up at customs. The seller offered to resend it which I excepted only for the blade to arrive two days later. After some very prompt emails they apprehended the parcel before it started it’s journey. Excellent customer service, very polite and helpful. Would happily use them again and recommend this firm

    The mark of a good ebayer is what they do when something goes wrong. I cannot fault this company as they very quickly refunded me, when the item did arrive I contacted the company and they informed me how to reverse the refund. Would use again.
