    The part arrived earlier than expected and matched the description. Finding reliable parts for an old ski is tricky, but I believe they wouldn't have sold it if they knew it was faulty. Plus, customer service was excellent—they even offered me a refund.

    Wrong Item seller sent the wrong item when communicating no response I work hard for my dollar as a paying customer I expected business to be better as reading reviews it is not it’s bad business the time it takes to send and receive something you buy it’s long can’t wait another week to receive parts WRONG PART!!!
