    There was a small defect with the first one, and I was 3 days overdue for my return. The seller sent me a new one no questions asked, it was here within days! The replacement is in excellent condition, I love the appearance - I got a rose gold color, the value is worth it! The seller is phenomenal! J would definitely buy from them again

    Something was defective with the first unit I received, the seller was extremely quick to respond and very understanding, they sent out another unit for me that arrived within days. I haven't tried the replacement unit yet, but the customer service was absolutely unbeatable and I would buy from this seller again based on that alone. Excellent experience

    I'm very impressed with everything. Shipping was fast. Item was just as described. It was open box only because the seller took GREAT pictures of everything. Plugged it in and, let it charge up and, it works like a charm. I'll be able to lift whole sheets of plywood by myself and be able to get them onto the table saw as well. I'm very pleased with the whole transaction.
