  The item was posted by the seller but has not arrived. After a brief swap of messages with the seller, he has apologised for the lost item, provided a refund and said I can keep the item if it ever turns up (over 3 weeks later and still no sign of it!!) Great customer service though - can't fault them for that and would definitely recommend the seller in future

  Excellent service. Only a small purchase but extremely well dealt with. Quality product. Best price. Speedy delivery. Thoughtfully packed so as to minimise risk of any damage. Couldn't ask for more. Happy to recommend product and seller to other ebayers.

  Goods received today. Well Packaged arrived in good condition. It took a while for the package to get to me due to being sent by Royal Mail who seem to think it acceptable to delay parcels as and when they feel like it, delivery took just under 2 weeks. No issues with the seller Invicta Angling who dispatched my items as soon as they received my order. I would suggest maybe try a more reliable delivery service in the future as this seems to be happening a lot with Royal Mail.

  Great experience 👍🏻 item didn't turn up in the post / lost in post first time around.. few emails later , very helpful! send out a replacement which turned up today. Highly recommend shopping at Invicta angling top job. Cheers Tim.

  I ordered large size fox tarp and was supplied with a small tarp, so I contacted the shop and asked if he would send me a couple of bank sticks for the price difference to which he agreed, Still have not received them, contacted seller and he said he had sent them and if they hadn't arrived next day to let him know I contacted him again to let him know they hadn't arrived, haven't heard from him since. wish I'd read his feedback profile before ordering from him. Don't trust him with your cash
