  The appearance condition was as described. It was a barebone so the seller listed everything it contained. However, this computer I purchased didn't want to power on. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. They made it easy and offered me an immediate refund. While it's unfortunate the computer didn't work, I do recommend this seller.

  Item shipped quickly and was very well packaged. Although the item was clearly damaged when I received it, I could tell that none of the damage was due to shipping. Overall, I wish there had been some better photos of the item, but that was on me for not requesting them. The item did not fully match the description and was somewhat more damaged/incomplete than I would have expected (it still worked, though).

  I thought it came with a power cord but was wrong. Not a deal breaker seeing how power cords are cheap. It arrived on time and was relatively cheap so not a deal breaker by any means. Came with some scratches but I really couldn't care less about that. When I asked if it came with the cord he replied so that's always great.
