The seller advertised “one day shipping” in their listing photos, but it took over 10 days for the part to arrive. The part was damaged when it arrived due to inadequate packaging. Fitment is terrible, as they did not advertise how many grooves the pulley has, so it doesn’t even fit my 2014 Forester correctly. Overall, I feel I overpaid for a sub par part.
