    1 week after purchase I had to email the seller because it had not shipped. No response. So I emailed the sellers store. No response. I found their website and sent them an email and received an auto email with a claim number. Thought I was getting somewhere. Received notification this morning from eBay, not the seller, that I was being refunded. ‘Out of stock’ is the reason and that is A okay. I can understand, but it’s the lack of response AND the item is still up for sale on eBay. Be better
