    Items arrived, the external packageing was slightly damaged, fortunately it doesn't seem to have affected the ink cartridges . The ink cartridges were exactly as described in listing. Good value, but have not tried them in our printer yet.

    Fantastic seller. One of the cartridges received was incorrect, a new one was dispatched immediately and they reimbursed me promptly in full for return of the other (before it was sent back to them) - trustworthy and trusting seller, pleasure to deal with. Cartridges themselves were new and sealed and as described.

    Have just installed the cartridges in the printer, they appear to be good value and as described by the seller were not in a box but the packages were unopposed. The only non positive, delivery by the courier was a day later than promised.
