  The item is excellent, and the seller great. However, the courier (Evri) have been appalling- not delivering when they said, not updating tracking info, and just leaving it on the doorstep without bothering to knock or ring. Also, the package was crushed. If it wasn't for the foam packing in the box, the sensor would have been trashed. I suggest using a different courier in future!

  Excellent service from start to finish. The seller kept me well informed throughout the process, and when there was an issue with the white item being out of stock, they went above and beyond by sending the more expensive black version at no extra cost. I really can’t fault the experience — truly appreciated the great communication and customer care. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

  Very good quality item. I have used Inkbird products several times so the quality was no surprise! It was the delivery! Next Day before lunch via Royal Mail. Now that WAS a surprise!! Excellent Service. Good price too! 5 stars from me.
