  Item as descried. Good communication. Not packed as well as should have been. Was not shipped in a box but in a padded envelope and the original puzzle box was crushed a little. I know from the picture of the item prior to purchase, there was already one small puncture in the puzzle box but I could see no other damage from the picture. Overall a good experience but suggest shipping puzzles in boxes in the future.
