  Recommended seller. The Post Office took an extra four days and the box was quite damaged, opened, and held together with a few pieces of masking tape, when it finally arrived. Fortunately, the seller had bubble-wrapped the radio/CD unit well, which kept it protected while the P.O. played soccer with the box. I installed the unit today and it appears to have survived unscathed. A++

  Contacted seller prior to purchase to confirm fitment per request in description of post. Received the wrong part. Completely different from what was shown in the posting. Mounting points for bolts are opposite side, no yellow numbers on the part, steering column connection angle is different. Wiring connector socket broken. Part appears to be from a different drivetrain of the same make and model. Shipped in a poorly made wraparound carton. Seller wont acknowledge mistake/tale responsibility.

  This seller’s ethical customer service was excellent - the seller made sure that I was ordering the correct part for my vehicle - I was able to confer with my technician - unfortunately, the US Postal Service damaged the amplifier during the shipping process - the item was damaged beyond repair- that said, the seller assisted me with a claim through USPS, and I was kept whole. The seller communicated throughout the process - I would absolutely purchase merchandise again through this seller
