    This is the replacement drive which was sent to me as timely as the 1st one. Drive was packaged very carefully and everything is absolutely fine. I can highly recommend this vendor for the professionalism and kindness I have experienced with them.

    Packaging could have been better as the cardboard is old and not sturdy. In transit the front facia snapped off. I have super-glued it back on and it was a good price so have still given positive rating overall.

    Probably no problem with the tape cartridge. The delivery, however, was awful - a soggy envelope left in the rain behind a garden gate by someone who could not be bothered to do the extra 10 metres, in total. Can I advise you not to use this delivery method again?!

    item is as advertised and is working fine. shipping was terribly long and really expensive, would not recommend that part :(
