  NOT the seller's fault, but the poster arrived 2 weeks later than advised, and was damaged, by the postal service and not usable. When notified, the seller immediately offered to resend a new poster or provide a refund. We love the print so opted for the resend. It arrived i good time this time, in good shape (slight dent in the packaging - thanks USPS!) But it looks great and will be a great enhancement to our lanai's decor.

  after a week delay the print came in a heavily damaged box. Causing the print to be useless. I did reach out to seller with no guidance or response.
