  The item arrived exactly as described and pictured seller picture and described the item very very well and sold it for a very fair price being it is a four parts item but still sell prices are very fair communication. Good shipping time good seriously A+ seller highly recommended now I have to add my package should have been packed much more securely being that I purchased a damaged fragile electronic device that is expensive and holds value. It did arrive okay but for what I bought i’m grading

  THRILLED! AWESOME seller, they're amazing!!! So prompt w/ responding to all my questions post-purchase this past weekend & so very patient w/ me when I thought I'd have an issue w/ the location for shipping this item to. Once shipping location resolved, they shipped this item out 1st thing Monday! Cell BRAND NEW/AS DESCRIBED, w/ it's original OEM battery, charge cord & paperwork for it, new as described, and included. I can't say enough good things about this seller! Would buy fr. again.

  good communication packaging was good he described it precisely shipping was a little off by 2 days but that's bc usps doesn't deliver on weekends(fast shipping tho!!) and value was great 10/10 would buy again/recommend!!!!😁

  Product came in was amazing quality. Original Samsung. Not a knock off. Looks brand new, barely any scratches or dings, looks better than the advertised pictures. Seller was kind enough to communicate that they'd send a nicer one from the inventory. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommended seller. The shipping was the only bummer, arrived almost a week late.

  I ordered this item damaged with the intention of transplanting my external screen. It arrived fast but unfortunately wrong. I contacted the vendor to report the issue. He responded within a few hours. After a short discussion, he apologized for the mistake, and offered to send me another in good condition to make up for it. I denied the offer, explaining my reason for order, and he accommodate my counter offer. Customer service like this is extremely rare today, well worth your business.

  One of the best sellers that eBay has to offer. He accidentally had the description wrong on the item. Once I received the headphones and raised my concerns about them not being as described, he quickly moved to resolve the situation and sent me something better. Thank you!
