  Great packaging, item arrived as described (new), and everything looks correct and intact. I was really only after the cocking bolt, but +$5 gives me a backup Delrin bolt (and all unused to boot). Thanks again!

  I&I Sports Supply has been around for decades (I used to buy their gear in person at a brick-and-mortar store) and I was pleased to find them selling quality martial arts gear and media on eBay. I bought two bottles of Dragonmaster Dit Da Jow liniment and they arrived quickly. Sadly, one of the caps was broken. I&I made it right by quickly offering a partial refund. Excellent customer service with a quick response time. I will definitely buy from them in the future!

  This seller wasted 2 hours of my time by sending a heavily damaged product as part of this order which required I waste my time packaging, labeling, and going to a post office. I left a negative review, which was well earned but manageable. Instead of apologizing seller blamed me and banned me from doing business with them. Wow, what a way to own up to your mistakes and be accountable! None of that here. No accountability, no sense of respect for customer's time. Avoid this seller.

  Order was originally for 10 but I guess the seller only had 5 and gave me a partial refund before it shipped, very good customer service
