  I searched everywhere for HW-Q800D/ZA…. It was out of stock at manufacturer and retailers. I search for pricing found the seller on eBay and was pleasantly surprised great price. I was skeptical at first. Tracking came a day after ordering and a tracked package to my doorstep where I was required to sign for package !! Packaging looked great when I received it!! Brand new no flaws at all. I set it up and it works fantastic. Definitely would buy from this seller again thank you so much

  So the stove arrived and there is no apparent damage. Looks like the seller accurately described it. However the seller needs to find a different shipper. AM Trucking is incompetent to put it bluntly. The dispatch overbooked the delivery route and didn't keep appointments made in advance. Apparently they don't know how to use an appliance cart as they didn't use the safety strap. As a former truck driver, I wouldn't work for this company.

We're truly sorry about the poor delivery experience—this is not typical of what our customers usually encounter. We’ll be filing a report with the carrier to ensure your concerns are addressed as the misuse of the strap could have ended in the unit being damaged which thankfully was not. All delivery personnel should have/use the proper equipment. We appreciate your support & understanding!

  This is got to be one of the best sellers of television sets. Good service good communication delivered in a timely manner even though it was on a truck. When it was delivered it was opened unbox setup and verified that everything worked you couldn't ask for a better transaction I'm very impressed. So if you're looking for a television set these people are one of the best sellers if not the best on eBay. Again thank you for a great television set.
