    Quality of item is as expected condition is as described new good value appearance as expected. Evri were terrible causing alarm as says delivered on Friday but received following day Saturday took too long and communication poor from the courier Evri.

    Wrong carpet tiles and broken packaging held together by factory straps. What we received was some damaged. a cheaper tile from what I paid. Seller ignored all my messages to resolve the issue. I was going to buy more for larger rooms so the seller has missed out on my future custom. It's only temporary flooring. My advice is avoid this seller...

    Great quality item arrived in perfect condition. These mats have the appearance of a much dearer product and offer great value for money. Well packaged good communication from seller. This is the second set I have purchased will definitely use this 5* seller again

    No problem with the seller, fantastic. The delivery by Evri was appalling, the driver never rang my bell and left the package outside in full view of the passing public. I only realised it had been delivered when I checked the Evri app. I was at home the whole time, so he can't say he rang but no answer. Typical of all delivery companies. But to you sellers they are your lifeline and are letting you down.

    I have emailed yodel about the state of the parcel it was all broken and busted and was left in the side entrance because the delivery guy couldn’t wait for me to answer my front door grrrrrrr the tiles themselves look very nice but I had to carry them into my house 5 at a time and there were 26 of them because I am 85 years young thank you
