  Works just as promised, arrived extremely quickly and well packaged and had a like new appearance. I did not have to use their technical support, but they do a great job of communicating their willingness to help and I have no doubt it would have been a great experience. This controller proved to be an extraordinary value, saved me $6000.

  Customer service (through eBay messaging) was great. Quickly helped me troubleshoot some issues and got me a replacement part quickly. I was reticent about ordering a used part over eBay without knowing much about the seller. After installing the replacement part I ordered I was still having some issues. Someone was able to help me troubleshoot the issue and within 30 minutes I was sent a replacement part that resolved the issue. I will definitely order any future parts from this seller, %100

  Third purchase from this seller. Each have been excellent including my most recent system board. My furnace works perfectly now. The boards have been clean, well protected and neatly packaged. Reasonably priced and very much worth the purchase. Products arrived on time and as promised. Will be a buyer in the future as needed. Highly recommended!

  Other than shipping through USPS taking 12 days to arrive (not the fault of the seller, but strictly USPS issue) the part was as described and packaged well and appeared to be brand new. Upon installation it works!!

  Very prompt shipping, which was great because our furnace was down. When I received this circuit board I had a question for the seller. I messaged them and they got back with me in about 2 minutes!!! This board did the trick. Furnace is back up and running. These guys really care about their customers. I would definitely recommend Trusted Hvac Supply!

  Part worked as advertised. Furnace fired right up after replacement. Seller was responsive and professional. The part arrived a day earlier than expected. We did not need the tech support offered but we appreciated that it was available. The seller takes an interest in the success of their customers to avoid selling the wrong parts due to incorrect diagnostics. We will be reaching out in the future for any other needs.

  I truly appreciate your kind words as we do the best we can to help as many people as possible during the cold weather. The hvac companies charge alot and in most cases we can help resolve almost any issue. I don't mind sharing information if it will help someone save money and time. The blower on nonstop is a lockout mode and not the control board. The flame dropping out 2-3 seconds after lighting is a weak pressure switch or cracked heat exchanger.
