The condenser is exactly as described in the listing and appears to be in excellent, unused condition. The gal at the freight company commented on how well the items were packed for shipment. Other than a few tiny scratches and a few minor deflections in the cooling fins, I see no damage of any kind. High quality for a very reasonable price, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Was exactly as described and was an absolute bargain. It is a really good heat pump. The only thing that was wrong was that the air handler had been damaged internally some how. No idea how, as it was packed beyond perfect. Maybe a screw up at the factory? Either way, it was not too hard to remove the blower and straighten it out. HVAC Direct also gave me a credit that was much appreciated!

The representative always responded to my messages with an expedient of urgency. The seller was completely in contact with me the whole process even until the delivery date. I my equipment was packaged very well without any damage after the installation. I noticed that I had received an upgrade due to the unit I purchased was not in stock. I would definitely do business again with this company.
