    The part arrived as ordered, the company kept me informed of the delivery date. When part arrived, fit as described in the stove . The part was NEW, and wrapped in cardbaord. The quality is very good . Will deffo use this company again, if I required parts for my wood burning stove. Thank you very much for your help.

    Excellent value compared to other sellers. The dispatch time and delivery was fantastic. The seller rang to say when it was being dispatched. Not been fitted yet, but had the same stove 8 years ago and it’s one of the best I’ve had. This seller will be in my saved sellers from now on. Don’t shop around people use this seller

    Splatter targets arrived on time in an envelope, Happily the postal service did not fold or mistreat it, Or the splatter targets would already be "Splattered", A piece of cardboard either side would have given much needed protection, But as I've said, The Postal service were gentle with the package, This Time.

    hi Glad you like the targets . we have sold over 500000 of these and experience has taught us how to package them . should you ever receive damaged ones let us know and we will sort it out . over packaging costs money and customers on ebay mostly want the best price possible . Have fun with them
