  Item arrived well packaged and ahead of schedule, but I was disappointed with seller customer service. The purchase defaulted to a former address, so I immediately contacted the seller (same day of sale, before any shipping label had been made) to ask for the best solution. Seller said they would send to my new address instead, which was provided during that same interaction. Unfortunately, the item was still shipped to the former, incorrect address in another state.
