  After seller made a mistake in shipping to someone else. I was patient enough with him to wait for the return. He did refund me but he also wasted my time with worry about what I received that another person ordered. When’s the seller received the item back he’s in bother to reach outand give me a deal on his screw up which would be the normal and right thing to do in this Ebay community.

  It seemed like this guy was holding the other ebayer's package for ransom. I did a refund immediately when I determined it was shipped with the wrong label and would not get to him. Even after the refund he hounded me almost daily about if it came back, all the while not once offering to me to return the other person's item, or to ship it to that customer for me. He was waiting to be an opportunist on me and I wasn't having it.
