Cuando los equipos tienen fallas. Tardan en dar respuestas. Y te ponen a un lado. No le dan importancia a resolver si alguna laptops llega con baterias dañadas. Dan vueltas y no te responden. No recomiendo comprar.

The laptops came defective. I had to buy new batteries to turn them on. I wrote to the seller informing him, and he asked me for exact photos of his equipment. I sent it. and then a week. photo of the charger. and then a few days later, I told them if I wanted a partial refund or to send the merchandise. Then more days passed and he told me that they can't recognize me at all because I didn't send them evidence. Everything that happened to them was not evidence. They are irresponsible

they send the wrong laptop no word from them at all had to have ebay help to get my money back i will not buy from them again at all
