  Bad experience. Wrong item shipped, but the issue was that the seller refused to give me a return label for their mistake. They put me through so much, gave me many excuses, told me about their financial problems. I had to ask eBay to step in and they had to forcibly process a refund, because the seller did not work with them as well. I had to invest so much time into explaining the issue by creating pictures with captions, because the seller didn’t what anything about what they are selling.

  Item I received had broken lock. Seller strung me along with his "we will make this right comments" until it was too late to return then dropped the conversation like a hot potato. I look back and see now what he was doing and feel stupid. Should have started my own return before 30 days was up but thought I was giving seller a chance to remedy. Expensive lesson learned. Would never buy anything from this seller again. Not all sellers try their best. Stuck with useless window that wont lock .
