    Product never arrived but seller was super understanding and willing to help resolve problem and the seller is a super great guy as he was willing to give full refund when problem arrived and in my case this was out of there control so they where super willing to help and resolve my issue

    Received the brand-new product in its original, unopened box. The phone works as stated on both 3G and 4G networks. The charging cable, wall adapter, earphones, instructions, and a screen protector film were all included in the box. Fast delivery in 10 days with good tracking — the postal service tracking number showed every step of the shipment. Everything was faithful to the product description on eBay.

    This was a GOOD transaction! Everything went as expected with NO problems. The delivery was several day late, but this was NOT the Seller's error.     It took forever to get to me because they took a couple of weeks after my purchase to ship it. During this time, I found out it wouldn’t work with 3 U.S. carriers I checked on, and I found out before they shipped the phone. So I messaged them and told them the phone wouldn’t work and to please cancel and refund my order. They told me “rest assured it will work in the U.S.” it didn’t. They said they’d give me another BB. They wanted to fix the problem by giving me another BB. Makes sense, right?
