  The shipping was fast and packaging was great. However, there was a disagreement on my part about the description of the item. It was marketed as labradorite inclusion, making it rare, however upon receiving the item, I don't believe it actually is. I was able to return the item and fully refunded without any arguments. I would still give a positive review for them honoring their return policy. They have lots of great items listed. I have purchased many from them in the past and will continue.

  Bought as a present, shipped directly to recipient which was speedy and convenient. They said it's very pretty :) and sent me pics. Exactly the sphere I ordered from buyers site. Arrived in good shape in a padded envelope somehow, thank goodness. Shipped promptly, thank you much. I did notice that right after I purchased this seller had a 20% off sale - that felt weird, but that's life. Seller has many very pretty rocks on the site !

  Item arrived broken. Shipping was questionable and these types of items require shipping in a box with better protection. Beautiful piece. Excellent value. Excellent communication with seller and was immediately refunded my purchase price due to piece being broken. Would definitely buy from seller again.
