  Keyboard received as described. Seller made sure I understood this was an original keyboard with stickers: emailed and phoned to be sure before posting the item. Fast shipping.

  The palmrest is new however it has a little crack in one of the plastic parts that was not made during shipping, the box it was packaged in was undamaged and the palmrest was fairly well protected. Nothing too serious, it can still be used, just disappointing that it was damaged and not mentioned by the seller.

  The replacement keyboard arrived quickly....unfortuanately i ordered the wrong one as i couldnt find the model no. on my laptop.....I contacted the seller who was very helpful and sorted out my problem....Good communication....perfect quality parts at a very fair price...highly recommended.

  Item never arrived, when I contacted seller I given false delivery information and photo evidence to prove it had been delivered. Seller then rang me and told me royal mail post things in other people's letterboxes, he then sent me the same photos through whatsapp. The seller has now refunded me though.
