  Item arrived intact and as advertised. Didn’t hear anything from seller during the transaction but unsure if tracking was available as nothing showed even though a tracking path was on the site. Seller responded when asked about item promptly however.

  We've ordered this same brick coffee before, it is the good stuff, comes in 'brick' form, just open and pour it into your favorite sealed canister, it's ready to go in your coffee machine. A great seller and fair priced, is always shipped fast and well packed, we'll be buying more as time goes by. So thanks once again.

  The shipping was fast. The item did not come in the original box as stated in the listing. It did not have any type of barrier to indicate that this was a new, unused item. Additionally, it came from Amazon (Amazon truck and Amazon packaging) which was not disclosed by the seller, even after I sent them a message specifically asking if they were an Amazon retailer, which I find to be disingenuous.

  The item came as is new from manufacturer. We do not create "barrier" to indicate an item as new. If the manufacturer does not create "barrier" not sure what you want us to do. Additionally, buyer forgot the part when she message the DAY of delivery where she asked if we were an Amazon retailer, which we find very disingenuous for her to not mention that, where her feedback acts like she messaged us before buying and/or right after sale and we intentionally misled her
