  The seller was super responsive. Confirmed within minutes that the control board would work. I ordered it immediately after. The package arrived on the very beginning of the general time frame/window that was provided which means it was shipped it right away. The control board was installed and worked flawlessly.   Item was as described, works as intended. Was well packed so it didn’t get damaged in shipping. Shipping was slow especially for paying $8.50 for a tiny package.

  This took only three days to get to me. I can't get a package I ordered from within my own town in three days.. so not only the shipping was spot on, but he also contacted me with my first order to make sure I ordered the right part, reimbursed me right away, and showed me the part I actually needed. Then even more , I texted him multiple times with questions,and he would reply right away. I also called him a few times with more questions..but now I am looking at a working pool vacuum.

  If you need to repair or purchase an Aquabot, I highly recommend Bits n Pieces! They were very responsive to questions and provided prompt delivery. Although the control unit we ordered didn't fix the problem, the return was processed immediately. We ended up buying a new (older model) Aquabot, which arrived incredibly quickly. When we needed help aligning it (the wheel was out of place and needed to be snapped back), the issue was resolved quickly via FaceTime. Thank you!
