  Unfortunately the seller could not ship the original item, but they reached out quickly and found an appropriate substitution. Once they shipped the new figure, the package arrived earlier than expected. Packaging was secure and safe. Item arrived in Perfect condition and quality.. it looks amazing just as described. Seller has great communication. Will be purchasing from this seller again in the future. 5/5. Thank you again!

  The item was well packed and arrived in great shape (No tape spared)! It's as listed (Sealed) so it's not "New" in pristine condition but was priced accordingly. The item itself is in great shape, the factory packing (Card) has some damage but this was visible in the listing photo and as stated... price accordingly. It will look fine with my other items. Looking forward to do business with this vendor (hoth_toys) again.

  Despite USPS losing my package for a month and the box arriving damaged, my item was very well protected inside and came in perfect unharmed condition :))) Came exactly as was shown in the listing, and the price was very reasonable and fair compared to other sellers and for being a used item.   I am thrilled with the condition of this Steelheart Silverhawks figure, it is in like new shape. It shipped quickly and arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Item was well packaged to avoid damage.
