    Item was brand new an unused but it was the wrong one for my fridge. My fault that it was the wrong one ordered, but the seller was happy to communicate and let me return it easily for a refund minus the shipping cost. Good service from a supplier

    Item's appearance arrived damaged along with rattling noises coming from inside the casing. I informed the seller immediately. I agreed to wait for a replacement. However I was put into a situation where I had no choice but to look for an immediate replacement and so I asked for a refund which was accepted without argument. The correspondence between the seller and myself went without any problems and I was regularly updated. This seller's service is first class. Will use again if needed.

    Brilliant customer service had to contact seller as Ervi driver threw my item on the ground and it broke on delivery. After explaining all this to customer service they offered to replace for free and was sent out very quickly. Highly recommend hassle free will buy from again.

    Decent packaging.arrived in good time.as described.price comparison with other sellers varies quite a bit so it is a bit pricey to purchase this filter as there's no alternative
