The USPS had lost the package, which was by no means the seller's fault. Turned out that the items did finally arrive today. I already bought the wiper inserts from a local dealer last week though, so I'll save these for the next time they need replacing. I would gladly do business with you again! Totally not your fault! I contacted the seller and they sent a new set out quickly with a return label for the other set. My only complaint would be that they could have been packaged a little better but other than that I am happy.
