  These pen refills are so much better value than on the high street. Free postage seals the deal. Good communication at all stages and fast delivery. I would have no hesitation buying from this seller.

  The item was exactly as described, was well packaged, dispatched really fast, was good quality and a great price, and arrived safely, thank you so much. Good communication from the seller, and I was totally satisfied with the service provided.   I notified the seller that I had not received the item , they contacted me to say it had been delivered which it had not . I was then contacted by Royal Mail who stated inadequate postage had been paid and I had to pay £1.50 to enable them to deliver it. I contacted the seller to inform them of this and they did not believe me as there was no reference on the Royal Mail card. The item has arrived today with a large sticker on it to say I PAID THE POSTAGE. Very poor service from this seller .
