  Seller was very communicative, but didn’t properly ship my item. Which became lost, then my money was tied up with eBay claims for a month. eBay refunded eventually. Seller could have refunded me before eBay stepped in and chose not to. Provided them documents that were of no use in the end. Learning experience for everyone I suppose. Cheers.
